The survey is carried out with a questionnaire. Each player evaluates all team-mates including himself with respect to all evaluation aspects, and provides also an assessment about the team as a whole. The answer to all questions is given in the form of a single number. For example, in the case of a 22-member team we obtain approximately 600 data entries on each person and more than 12,000 data entries on the whole team. The data are then processed by a special software that has been developed for this procedure.

The survey takes maximum 90 minutes per team.
